Make Base decision

Company base decision will retrieve low-cost basic information about the company, analyze it, and return a readily digested suggestion if this company is a valid business partner.

It checks whether the company is operationally active, has valid address information, exists in reguired commercial registries, and other relevant details.

This step will also register the company into the system: the return object contains company UUID which can be accessed in the portal or via the data api to retrieve company information.
