Getting started with Workflows

What are Workflows?

Workflows are a series of steps that are executed automatically when a trigger is activated. The steps can be used to automate tasks such as collecting data from 3rd party resources, sending emails and other end customer communication, and exporting data to other systems.

How to Create a Workflow

  1. Go to the Workflows page in the Entercheck app.
  2. Click on the "Add Workflow" button.
  3. Enter a name for the workflow.
  4. Add tasks to the workflow.
  5. (Optional) Add a trigger to the workflow.
  6. (Optional) Add notification recipients.

Triggers

All workflows can be triggered via the API. Additional triggers can be added as needed. We currently support the following triggers:

  • Calendely
  • API
  • Entercheck WordPress Plugin

Tasks
