Triggers

What are Triggers?​

Triggers are the events that start a workflow. We currently support three triggers: API, Calendly, and the Entercheck WordPress Plugin.

API​

The API trigger allows you to start a workflow by sending a request to the Entercheck API. The request must include the workflow ID and any necessary parameters.

The API trigger is available by default for all workflows. Please see the API documentation for more information.

Calendly​

The Calendly trigger allows you to start a workflow when a Calendly event is scheduled.

Please note that adding the Calendly trigger requires an active Calendly Standard, Teams, or Enterprise subscription to use Webhook integrations.

We do not store the API key or any other sensitive information. The Calendly trigger is available for all workflows.

Entercheck WordPress Plugin​

The Entercheck WordPress Plugin trigger allows you to start a workflow when a form is submitted on your WordPress page.
