Creating a new company within our system is straightforward and efficient. Follow the simple steps below to add a new company.
1. Navigate to the Companies Page
Start by clicking on 'Companies' in the left-hand side navigation menu to access the list of existing companies and the option to add a new one.
2. Initiate the Addition of a New Company
In the upper right corner of the Companies page, you'll find an 'Add New Company' button. Click on this button to begin the process.
3. Conduct a Company Search
Use the intuitive typeahead search feature to quickly find the company you're looking to add. Begin typing the company's name, and the suggested matches will appear in real time.
4. Optional Features
Before saving, you have the option to directly fetch additional information like a credit decision or key financial figures for the company. Select the appropriate options if required.
5. Save the New Company
Once you've entered the necessary information and selected any optional features, click the 'Save Company' button to add the company to your system.
A base check is automatically performed when you save the company. This ensures that the initial details are validated.
By following these steps, you can efficiently create and save a new company profile in the system, with additional options to gather more in-depth data as needed.
