Approve Person Representation
In the EnterCheck portal, support users can approve person representations to set their status as "approved." This process involves navigating to the company page, locating the Contacts section, finding the correct person, and updating their status.

Log in to the EnterCheck portal with your credentials.

Navigate to the company page where you want to approve the person representation.

Scroll down and find the "Contacts" section.

Find the person whose representation you want to approve.
Optional: To create new person, click on the "add" button at the right corner of the Contacts section and fill the form.
If you don't remember which company the person represents, you can also search for the person from the Person List -page with their name or email.

Once the person is available on the list, you can simply click verify on the row.

The changes are applied immediately and the person is now approved.
Congratulations! You have successfully approved the person representation in the EnterCheck portal.
Representation in this context does not mean official representation rights. It simply means that the person is associated with the company and can be trusted to a certain degree. This does not mean that the person can sign legally binding contracts on behalf of the company.
